Akio Saito, General Partner

Akio Saito founded ANS Associates in May, 2006. Prior to ANS Associates, Akio
spent about forty years in the telecommunications and network field. In the recent
twenty-five years, he primarily worked for foreign country-based companies, such
as Atento-Pasona (a Telefonica CRM business unit of Japan), Bay Networks,
Stratacom, Northern Telecom, Andrew Corporation and so on, holding a variety of
senior executive positions with full responsibilities for their Japan operations. Before joining Andrew Corporation to establish their Japan office, he started his business career with Hitachi, Ltd.

His experiences are ranging from genuine start-up operations, business development, sales & marketing, consulting through heading hundreds employees of Japan operations.

Akio Saito holds Bachelor of Science in Electric Engineering from Keio University, Tokyo.

Naoki Ido, Partner (President of Voyager Planning, Inc.):

Mr. Ido, who has very successful track records in the information, communications and technology (ICT) industry, founded Voyager Planning, a technology business consulting firm in 2007.  

Before founding the company, Mr. Ido was Vice-President of Extreme Networks, a US based leading supplier of network system and President of Extreme Networks Japan where he led the Japan team to number one position in business growth rating among Extreme Networks’ international organizations. Mr. Ido has been involved in systems engineering and technology since the 1970’s and is a recipient of many awards and technical licenses.  He is also a published author on the subject matter of network and IT systems. 




Shigeru Ikemoto, Partner (President of Ike Enterprises)

Mr. Ikemoto, a seasoned veteran, founded a company -a professional support services firm- in May, 1995 to provide clients with advisory and assistance services for their doing-business requirements in Japan. The services areas Ike Enterprises offer will cover Japanese laws, tax processes, accounting procedures, social insurance, and others, whatever required for a client to launch a new venture and to set up a new office in Tokyo.

Ike Enterprises will, with its over 30 years of combined experiences, also provide administrative support services for clients, including assistance in accounting, payroll, office management, facility management and even in clients' employees and families care services in Tokyo.

Prior to Ike Enterprises, Shigeru worked for Nortel Networks as Manager of General Affairs of its Japan operations. Prior to Nortel, he worked for a major trading firm in Japan.

Shigeru Ikemoto holds a Bachelor of Economics from Aoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo.
